This service uses Large Language Model (LLM) technology in a hybrid implementation.
5.2 Data Scope and Ring-Fencing: The AI Service operates exclusively on:
- Corporate Adviser research reports and publications stored within the CAPAdata platform
- Historical content dating back over 10 years within our repository
- No external data sources or third-party content outside our controlled environment
The AI Service is completely ring-fenced and does not have access to:
- User personal data or account information
- Data from other websites or external sources
- Real-time internet content or live data feeds
- Any information beyond the specified Corporate Adviser research repository
5.3 Hybrid Implementation and Quality Control: Our AI Service operates using a hybrid approach that includes:
- Human oversight and review capabilities for AI-generated responses
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of response accuracy
- Regular auditing of AI outputs against source materials
- Ability to trace AI responses back to original source documents

11.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR AI SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF £100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CAPADATA IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
